Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all equipment hire agreements with QuickHire Equipment Services.

  1. Responsibility – The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the equipment from collection until it is returned and accepted by QuickHire Equipment.
  2. Competence & Safe Use – The Hirer confirms that they and any person using the equipment are competent and capable of operating it safely.
  3. Condition of Equipment – All equipment is supplied in good working condition. The Hirer agrees to return it in the same condition, excluding fair wear and tear.
  4. Damage, Loss & Theft – The Hirer is fully liable for any damage, loss, or theft. QuickHire Equipment reserves the right to invoice the full cost of repair or replacement.
  5. Invoicing & Payment Terms – All charges must be paid immediately upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  6. Late Returns – Late returns will incur additional daily hire charges until the equipment is returned.
  7. Cleaning – Equipment must be returned clean. Cleaning charges may apply if required.
  8. Proper Use – The Hirer agrees not to misuse, overload, modify, or tamper with the equipment.
  9. Liability – QuickHire Equipment accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of equipment.
  10. Evidence – Photographic or video evidence may be taken before and after hire to verify condition.
  11. Legal Agreement – These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Hirer and QuickHire Equipment.
  12. Deposit – A refundable deposit may be required prior to hire. QuickHire Equipment reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover damage, loss, theft, late return charges, or cleaning costs.
  13. Hire Period – The hire period begins at the agreed collection time and ends at the agreed return time stated in the hire agreement.
  14. Non-Return of Equipment – Failure to return equipment may be treated as theft. QuickHire Equipment reserves the right to charge the full replacement value and report the matter to the police.
  15. Consumables & Wear – The Hirer is responsible for excessive wear to consumables including cutting discs, blades, and fuel usage.
  16. ID Verification – QuickHire Equipment reserves the right to request and verify identification prior to hire.
